Terms of service
By purchasing and/or using products from Beer Darts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Release of Liability: You, and any other users or participants ("Players"), expressly and unconditionally release Beer Darts, its agents, directors, officers, shareholders, and employees, from any and all liabilities, claims, or actions that may arise from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the product. This includes but is not limited to any action, inaction, negligence, or improper use by any player.
- Age Restrictions: All Players must be at least 21 years of age or older within the United States to use this product in conjunction with alcoholic beverages. Identification may be required.
- Optional Alcohol Consumption: Use of alcoholic beverages is optional and not required to participate in the game. Players choosing to consume alcohol are responsible for their own actions and Beer Darts assumes no liability for any consequences related to alcohol consumption.
- Safety Precautions: Players are advised to stand clear of thrown darts and to take reasonable safety precautions while participating in the game, up to and including wearing close toed shoes, eye- protection and floor length shoes as well as employing the use of a clipped in backboard. Keep sharp objects out of reach of children.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beer Darts against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from or are in any way related to your use or misuse of the product.
- Binding Agreement: This is a binding agreement that governs the use of the Beer Darts product, and by purchasing the product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.
